Carol Has Always Fought for Us
As a dedicated civic leader, Carol Blood has consistently advocated for working families, small business owners, and her community. From her time as Director of the La Vista Area Chamber of Commerce to her service on the Bellevue City Council and eight years in the Nebraska Legislature, Carol's record speaks for itself: she listens to Nebraskans, fights for families, and demands that the Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) works for the people, not for special interests.
"As an elected official, I have always been about the people and the policy, not party and politics." - Carol Blood
Support blood4oppd and trust that Carol will bring independent, experienced leadership to OPPD that prioritizes ratepayers:
- Real accountability - no back-room deals, no hidden costs.
- Transparent decision-making - residents deserve clear explanations and access to information.
- Fair rates - families and small businesses shouldn't subsidize big corporations.
- Smart planning - energy policy that balances affordability, reliability, and sustainability.
Support Carol Blood for OPPD and ensure the community's needs are met.
